Below we have cake cutting guides for round and square shaped cakes. We also illustrate how to cut a cake into dessert portions and coffee portions. A dessert portion is approximately 1″ x 2″, or 2.5cm x 5cm in size. A coffee portion size is 1″ x 1″ or 2.5cm x 2.5cm in size.
